Situated in a five-acre (2.023 hectares) of land, the quadrangle house of Niveditha looks Elegant and Beautiful.
Being for a formative purpose, it has simplicity in its construction. However, it is spacious enough to accommodate 160 persons.

Chapels
The main Chapel having the capacity to contain 300 persons, gives a serene atmosphere for prayer. There is also a small chapel where around 25 persons can assemble. This chapel has a good setting for personal prayer.
Residential Rooms
The residential rooms are located in the eastern and western blocks of the building. Each room can board two people. Most of the rooms have attached bathrooms.
Dining Hall
It has the facility for 100 persons at a time.
Classrooms
There are two large classrooms and two small ones with the necessary provisions, including an LCD projector and audio.
Nadumuttom
The most captivating space in the building is the Nadumuttom-the capacious and airy open courtyard at the centre of the four blocks. Nadumuttom is a beautiful garden that serves as a focal point of interaction.
Library
The library has a good collection of books on Spirituality, the Bible, Theology, Psychology, etc. Periodicals of varying subjects are also available.
Verandas
Added to the Nadumuttom are the ravishing verandas surrounding the Nadumuttom. These wide–open, pillared gorgeous corridors create a meditative and tranquil mood. The experience at Niveditha will surely compel anyone to revisit this all-embracing house.
